Seeing the Light
 

When Gandhi was asked:  Can People Be Made to be Good?  He replied:

“No, all that is possible is to create conditions in which it will be easier to choose good”

The best way to create the conditions is through a good system.  Indeed, here is the powerful effect of a good system:
